Lured by My Master is Dr. Sams book. YAY, finally. Sam is awesome. He's been there for everyone when they need him, he just needs to be able to find his special someone. Working at the hospital, surrounded by nurses, doctors, staff he constantly around strong, independent women, but one has him intrigued. He's positive that even though she's so very independent she's also Oh So VERY submissive. He and Cindi have been dating for 3 months and he's sure she's the one for him...if only she'd accept it.
Cin's feeling left out. Her bestie has Ian and James to keep her warm at night, and Cin would usually have Sam, but lately she feels as though she's an afterthought. Things come to a head and that's when Jenna Jacobs characters get into the good stuff. All of the angsty, emotional, sexy goodness that makes up each and every one of her books. I have LOVED the Doms of Genesis series and I have to say...Sam trying to convince Cin that this is where she belongs and would make her whole???? Fabulous!!!! I love all the back and forth between the two. I love the addition of so many of our favorite characters, a little sneak peek into their current lives. I see a HUGELY awesome and emotional book coming up for Trevor!
Sam and Allicinda's book was great. I loved how he tried to take responsibility for Cin but let her have the illusion of control. The arguing between the two was done just right. I didn't feel as though it was the same ole shit ever time they tried to "converse" on the independence and submission issues.
The addition of Darnell and Destiny? One more level...
This is once again a great book from Jenna Jacob and I can't wait for more in the Doms of Genesis series.
