Meet Liv Michaels

It may have been seven years, but I’d know him anywhere.  Sure, he’s grown, filled out in all the right places, but his captivating blue eyes and cocky grin are exactly the way I remember.  Even though I’d much rather forget.

Liv Michaels is almost there.  She’s smart, determined and weeks away from landing the job she’s dreamed about for years.  Time healed old wounds, even her broken heart from the devastation of being crushed by her first love.

Meet Vince Stone

Women love a fighter, especially a good one.  Lucky for me, I’m damn good.  But there’s one woman that isn’t interested.  Not again, anyway.

Vince ‘The Invincible’ Stone is every woman’s fantasy…strong, sexy, confident and completely in control.  Growing up surrounded by chaos, he’s learned never to get too attached. Love will drag you down.  He adores women, treats them well, puts their own needs before his own…for the night anyway.  With the biggest fight of his life coming up, his focus should be on training.

When fate brings Vince & Liv back together again, there’s no denying the chemistry is still there.  But can Vince erase the old scars their past left behind? Or will Liv hurt him instead?

 Rachal's 4.5 star Review

Let me start off by saying I enjoyed Worth the Fight where we got the first glimpse of Vinny Stonetti when he was only a 13 yr old little punk, no father to speak of and a mother who was wasted more often than not.

Worth the Chance is the story of Vince "the Invincible" Stone, a mid twenties kickboxer and the story kicks butt!  I loved that the alternating POV's didn't retell the same part of the story and that the flashbacks were kept to a minimum.  The story flows so effortlessly and the characters are wonderfully defined.  The storyline is heartfelt with two underlying problems, Vinny's mom and Livs job.  Not just a fighter story, but mmm. mmmmm....was there some good ole lovin'!!!  and Oh No, jot just regular lovin' uh-huh...some growly, alpha lovin'. The best kind, in my opinion...because really, my opinion is the only one that matters (to me) and the only one you're currently reading :)  So I've found this little tidbit to tide you over...

Pulling me even closer to him, his hardness grinds and throbs against my ass.  "Feel that, Liv?"
Unable to speak, I swallow hard and nod my response.

"I'm going to bury myself so deep inside of you it'll leave you feeling hollow when I'm not with you."
     Jesus...

Holy crap, see what I mean...I would LOVE to be told that, but only if it was the truth...I mean really...

Personally, I enjoyed Worth the Chance more than a lot of the books I've read lately.  And, for all you that are anal about spelling, wording, misused words, no contractions, no slang...so on and so forth.  YOU have NOTHING to worry about, you'll be able to read this book without all of the teeth grinding and grrr-ing that commonly goes on when you get a book that isn't edited well.  LOVE IT!

Thanks Vi Keeland for a wonderfully written, wonderfully edited (yes, that is my biggest pet peeve) exceptionally HOT fighter romance.

About the Author

Vi Keeland is a native New Yorker with three children that occupy most of her free time, which she complains about often, but wouldn't change for the world.
