Desiree's 4 Star Review

Ok, first of all, let me just say wow! This book is packed from cover to cover! There isn't anything this book is lacking, action, suspense, mysteries, secrets, trust issues, you name it!!

Here we have Andy, a young woman who is trying to make it as a single mother on her own. Andy has a past that she can't even share with her parents, so how could she share it with anyone else? Right now her daughter Harper is her sole focus. One day Andy and Harper have just had a horrible morning, when enters, hero, Matt.
Matt finds Andy and Harper by opening a borrowed apartment door to find a screaming baby and a crying mother. He doesn't really know what to make of the blubbering mess he has stumbled upon, but for some reason, he feels the need to try to find a way to help. Matt and Andy start to spend time together, and as they do, they can't help but notice the mutual attraction. However, there are secrets and old flames that start to bring them trouble. One has a stalker that doesn't understand the word no, and will not relent. While the other has issues that they don't know how to deal with or even talk about.

Can these two make a relationship possible? With an instant family and trouble everywhere they go? They'd both like to but will fate relent and allow them to find happiness with each other and build a future?
If you're intrigued (even half as much as I was) you should pick up a copy of your very own. Don't miss out on Matt and Andy's story in Black Hills Angel by AC Wilson.
The only thing that held this from being a 5 star book for me were the proofing errors, though overall, this is a beautiful love story. I say you should definitely add this to your tbr list!

Black Hills Blessing (Black Hills Series 2)

Garrett Johnson is a sexy cowboy from South Dakota, who curbs any woman’s need for commitment. His relationships are all about the fun; sex, drinking, and companionship. If she wants more from him, the game is over and he moves on. It has been this way since he left his hometown of Hot Springs after high school graduation.
Garrett is looking for something, anything that might take away the monotonous feeling of traveling down the same dead end path. An argument over the future of his family’s ranch sends him out into the middle of a snowstorm only to be rescued by a dark-haired, golden eyed siren. A captivating woman who could change the game altogether!
Rayne Randall left South Dakota fifteen years earlier in anger and grief at the tragic loss of her mother. She has only now returned after the death of her estranged father. There is more pain and destruction in this place than any other. She has been cursed to live each day with the understanding that her father killed her mother.
Rayne wants nothing to do with her family’s ranch. There are no ties here worth remembering! So why did she have to meet a sinfully handsome cowboy who would inspire her to dig for the truth? Assuming the job as her foreman and her friend, Garrett Johnson just might be the blessing Rayne never thought would come.
