OMG this is my first PT Michelle book, and I can tell you, it won't be my last...she's found herself a stalker. LOL..not really, more like a cyber stalker. Seriously, I'm not kidding.
This was a super short read, but wow...it does exactly what it's meant to do. TEASE...yep, introduces you to the delicious world of masquerade. HUH? you say...well, after we meet Blackie and a teenager, Red, we meet Mr. Black and Scarlett and yummo...the alpha testosterone, and the dominance...ewwww gives me the shivers...
Easily a 5 star series start!

Hell yes. Scarlett Red takes place 3 years after the ending of Mister Black. And what's happened in those 3 years? well, redheaded women are being murdered, Sebastian has started his own asset protection business, Talia has gotten her dream job, been fired from her dream job, gotten engaged, ended her engagement, and written 2 out of 3 books in a fiction series. But really, not much of that matters....what does is that Talia's aunt sends her on a vacation to an exclusive resort and tells her politely, that she should think about getting it on with Trevor, the helicopter pilot. Much to Talias dismay, the pilot isn't Trevor-whew...relief, she wasn't looking forward to all the awkwardness of remembering her aunts opinion, but in his place is the insufferable Bash. HOT, sexy, but too reminiscent of her Mister Black.
Scarlett Red takes us on a whirlwind vacation where Talia gets back into the investigative swing when she finds out one of her fans was killed while on the vacation she won via Talia, and a mystery man who swears that T.A Lone author, sent him on vacation. From Talia being drugged, to discovering the could have feelings for someone other than Sebastian Quinn aka Mister Black, to walking away from everything...
I devoured this book, and was soooo disappointed when I came to the end and I couldn't just 1click that next book. Ugh...I can't wait to see how it all ends...I know she can't possibly live without Sebastian's dominance and love.
Scarlett Red has it all...angst, tension, dominance, love, sex, murder and mayhem.
