Thomas aka Blue is a DEA agent undercover with the Sun Devils MC. He was almost busted in Izzy's book (Resist Me) when Flash (FBI agent undercover) brought Izzy, Thomas' sister, to Bike Week down in Daytona. In order not to be found out, Thomas, James and Flash had to "take care of business". And that business could get each and every one of them put away.
