This is a short read. I think it took me a couple hours. This was so funny, even though I'm not sure it was really meant to be. Jack is wealthy and can't be bothered to find his own woman. SOOOO, along comes Liv Daniels. Her job is to find Jack his dream woman based on his criteria.
I was thrown for a little loop, as I'm always trying to "figure" out the story as I read along...and Alexis was right there! And then Miranda waltzes into the picture and Jack is smitten, but he can't understand why she seemingly doesn't want anything to do with him. Not only does she seem indifferent, ignoring his request for a number, but she's nothing like the girls he normally meets. She's not blonde and willowy.
Less than Perfect was delightfully engaging and I can't wait to read Perfect for Me.
4.5 Stars for a well written, funny, sexy story!

She leans toward me, closing the small gap between us and brushes her painted lips against my cheek. “And you look exactly like what I’ve been needing, Jack.”
She’s aggressive. And she smells good enough to eat. The blonde hair that is on my list of requirements is perfectly styled. Long, sexy, and outlining her full breasts that are the centerpiece of her tight black dress. Elegant, yet still provocative enough to make my slacks tighten.
“I ordered some appetizers in case you were ravenous,” she says, purring the word ravenous and letting me know I can eat anything I want. Anything.
I glance at the table. As if I could miss the three, silver domed-covered plates awaiting my arrival. I despise it when people try too hard.
“Thanks. But, I’m not. Not for food anyway.”

Dylan Scott is a New York trial attorney, wife and mother of four. She believes her job as a trial attorney is a subcategory to the field of entertainment more than it is law. With a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature she believed teaching English was a destined career choice until she realized her life long talent of "argument" actually could be her job. A recent, fairly boring, midlife crisis resulted in a brief stint as a middle school English teacher which confirmed that she wasn't ready to give up the law. Dylan has also taught legal courses at the college level and worked with at-risk inner city youth in the roles of mentor and coach. She was inspired to write Less than Perfect after reading all the great works of her Left Behind co-author, Vi Keeland.
