Ava Jackson wrote a great story! Stepbrother Master is a relatively short sexy read that's based on the taboo...sex with your brother (ok, stepbrother) and really, since it's your third "family" and you're an adult...what does it really matter? It's not like he's related by blood! SO, we know the story line is kinda unique, there's not a lot of angsty, over the top drama going on. It's all about the hotness factor, and the only real angst is all on Emma for not "manning up and growing a pair" and taking her own happiness in hand.
The characters are fun, sexy, and I loved the flirtatious back and forth banter. The sexy, dominant alph hotness that just flows.
Instant attraction on both parts, even before they know anything about the other. After being all hot n bothered and on edge, Emma just can't sleep, so she's off for a walk. She decides to go see the horses, see if they can't help take off the edge..but OH MY...Emma gets an eyeful...through a crack in the door...a poor woman's tied up and moaning...and oh Lord, there's Ford, is that a crop in his hand? WHY oh WHY can't Emma turn away? Why is her girly bits flaring to life? Shouldn't this put her off? OH NO....
