I had the complete and utter joy of beta reading Stone Walls by Am Madden. It was absolutely fabulous! Dare I say my  favorite book EVER from Mrs. Madden!

Ben Stone is a detective with the police. He's ready to rid the world of drugs, one king pin at a time. Ella is OMG, amazing... She lived through a horrible ordeal that resulted in her mother dying in her arms and left Ella unrecognizable due to the beating she took, and a longer lasting effect of panic attacks, yet she's so wonderfully strong in mind and spirit!

Well, Sexy Ben's partner is the boyfriend of Ella's best friend. Yeah...I know, you got it.
So Sexy Ben finally meets Amazing Ella and sparks fly. They can't stand each other but secretly are lusting over each other...you know how it is!   LOVED IT.  So funny and sexy.
Slowly but surely, really I'm not so sure on the slowly part, but Sexy Ben and Amazing Ella get it on and WOW! I just love AM's writing. It's so smooth, flowy and descriptive (and yes I know flowy isn't a word, but it should be) be that as it may... Ben and Ellas relationship is just the sexy part of the story, the other is how they take on a crime lord and the coincidences that pop up between Ben's family and Ella's. It's an amazingly wonderful story, and I know for a fact you'll love it.
