Curvaceous, Witty, Strong, Serious, Passionate, Loving, Trusting...just a few of the words to describe Laurel, the kick ass main squeeze. She knows what she wants, or rather who she wants and goes after him the best way she knows how...try to get him jealous.
Mitch is an over the top alpha dom, not just in the club, but in the office too. He has strong feelings for his best friends sister, and his dom tendencies show when he walks her to her car, takes care of her and throws out all of those mixed signals. Yes, I want you...nope, can't have you..so on and so forth...UNTIL Laurel gets shot at in the office.
The characters are GREAT. I loved Laurel, and Mitch... the sexy made it super steamy, I'm talking super steamy here, like jump your hubs sexy-or one handed read sexy-and the unnamed gunman/killer at large makes for suspenseful twists and turns.
