Dangerous Love by Liz Lovelock is the first in the Unforgiven Series. This book is action packed from the very beginning and will have you on the edge of your seat with all twists, turns and revealed secrets.

Jay is a police officer who becomes involved in an undercover operation merely by being in the wrong place at the wrong time when helping her bestie Summer tend bar at her family's place. When she meets the man who she is supposed to have a "relationship" with her past assaults her with emotions that she has long since buried and tried unsuccessfully to forget.

Brayden was the love of Jay's life and they shared a bond that was beyond love, a bond that was destroyed the day that he left her without explanation. Jay had to pick up the pieces of her heart not once but twice after Brayden left her and she is determined not to have to deal with it again.

The stakes are high and when it becomes clear that the people Jay and Brayden are trying to take down are connected to her somehow all bets are off and everyone is in danger, including Jay and Summer.

When she hit high school she read Tomorrow When the War Began by John Marsden and from there her love of books continued to grow. She always has a book to read beside her bed along with a note book for when inspiration hits at those crazy hours.
