| OMG. I couldn't wait to get my hands on the next in the Kiss Of Death Series. This one was short... I read it in an hour and a half or so...and it was all Una. Una and her sister from the beginning. Una and Nicholai once he takes her, Una and Alex in the training center. This is Una's backstory. This is how Una Vasiliev became Una Ivanov. How Nicholai broke her into pieces and made her who she is today...his beautiful Oleander flower...The Kiss of Death. The writing kept you flipping page after page, sitting on the edge of your seat to see what torture LP Lovell could wrestle up for Una next. What she'd have to endure to become the cold hearted assassin that we know her to be. I suppose if you're just starting the series you can read this book first...and then move on to Kill Me. Matter of fact, I think I would suggest that. Simply because I was missing Nero. It's their connection that I really wanted more of... |
