Harlow was fifteen and Know was eighteen, the age difference being a problem they decided to wait for each other. Agreeing to live there live but wait. After two years live changes and Harlow falls in love and marry's another man.
Be prepared when you read this, you will need it. This is not for the faint hearted. We are taken in to the world of abuse and control. At times it was hard for me to read, it just felt so real. My heart hurt and I wanted to scream "get help". Harlow had what she thought was the love of her life Knox and she made a choice to change it. Molly takes us through a tough journey, of Harlow emotional life. Her physical and emotional abuse she lived with and the struggle to stay a live every day. This was deep and soul crushing, I wanted it to just stop. Harlow husband had that one playing card that had Harlow pinned the wall.
When Harlow and Knox run into each other year later, it puts the two of them back in each other life.
Trying to keep knox at arms length seems to be a challenge for Harlow. Knox can't stay away and even though everyone else missed the signs, Knox noted all of them. She not the same Harlow, she broken.
Even though it was hard to read at time, and i had to take a break a few time. This is a great read. Its not for eveyone, Being able to read about the abuse that Harlow took day in and day out is tough but getting to the end of the rainbow is worth. Molly left of with no cliffhanger but lots of twist and turn. To The Stars was one hell of an emotional story, I loved the characters. I enjoyed that we were able to have Grey and Jagger in this Story. Nice to get a little of them in this book.
