My first instinct is to cover myself, but the scorching look in his eyes makes me stand still.
My conscience screams at me that this is wrong, but it’s quickly silenced by the sinner in me.
“Don’t look at me like I’m your ticket to the promised land, babe. I’ll only lead you to hell.”
Heat spreads through my body and tiny tongues of desire lick at my skin.
“You make me want to be a bad girl,” I whisper. My voice is hoarse with sinful need.
I want to feel his touch. I want to be defiled by him.

A Touch of Lust held a storyline that was quite different from most. It was ingriguing. Liam and Mila's story was a great read from Michelle Horst.
The cult aspect, really quite different. That Liam and Mila recognize the wrongness of the cult and leave is a seriously pivotal point. Mila's and Liam's personal issues both stem from the horrors of cult life and carry on through the years as they try to become "normal" people and live "normal" lives.
The characters were great. I loved them. Even the secondary characters. I'm hoping this is a series.
While this is a Second Chance at Love type of story, it's so much more.
Michelle Horst will make you feel the panic, the love, the trust issues. Her words allow you to feel the angst, the degradation, all of the pain.
Wonderfully written.
I'm going with a solid 4 stars
