Drowning by Marni Mann & Gia Riley is a sports story that is so different from any other I have ever read, and believe me I have a thing for sports themed books! The story of Andi and Adrian is one that is filled with fear, strength, perseverance, love, acceptance and justice. I know they readers will love Andi and Adrian's story as much as I did!

Andi finally gained the courage and inner strength to leave an abusive relationship with the help of her friend Camille. While she is on the train to her freedom, she meets a guy who lurks in the shadows and hides who he is from the world or at least tries to because of the scandal that follows him and threatens his freedom.

It is the journey of these two characters, each facing their own fears head on because of the love and support that they have for and from the other that allows them to come to a place of happiness and live a life in the light that they deserve.
