Ohhhh Mmmmm Gggggg!
I love books like this. Books that grab you at the beginning and beg you to read without stopping. Books that you literally can't put down and they leave you with a sense of urgency for the next. But... I LOVE LOVE LOVE cliffhangers. I love duets and trilogies. I love books that leave you salivating in anticipation of the next....and Unholy Union does exactly that.
So we have a beautiful soul in an 18 yo girls body who doesn't know the way of the world even though she's essentially brought up in the mob.. she's been sheltered, her life has been one of constant loss.
Suddenly she's in the sights of Damian (and I can't help but think of The Omen here) Di Santo, crime boss, shipping magnate..and dammit, I'm trying so hard to figure out how old he is. This is definitely an age gap story... we just have no idea of the gap and it doesn't bother me, but I need to know. LOL He seems so much older than what he actually is...anywhooo..I'm deviating from the review lol
So, have I mentioned I always pick up Natasha Knights books? I do.. She's a wonderful author. Her writing is fabulous and her stories always hold me right through the end.
Unholy Union, while there really isn't any sex in it, has parts that are so teasingly erotic. I loved it!
I read it so quickly... and now I have to wait WEEKS for more!
Definitely one click worthy! Enjoy :)
